Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid work model considered)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (3 shift options: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Spanish work shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Portuguese work shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Salary: 1440 per month
Job Description:
We are currently looking for a dedicated French + English Speaking Sales Representative (Inbound) to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective communication and solution-oriented support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers in French and English.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products or services.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell/up-sell solutions when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1440 per month.
- Benefits:
- 14 salaries per year (12 monthly payments + 1 during Easter + 1 split during Summer and Christmas).

Contract:
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week).
Relocation Package:
For candidates relocating to Athens from abroad, the following support is provided:
- Accommodation: 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.
- Relocation Assistance: Up to 300 to support your relocation (1st payment).
- Legal Support: Assistance with hiring documents and required paperwork.
- Candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for document preparation.
- Candidates relocating from abroad are required to work on-site for at least 3 months before any remote work consideration.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent in both French and English (additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive, customer-oriented approach.
Relocation Information:
- Candidates based in Greece will not be provided with relocation assistance if remote work is not an option.
- Candidates relocating to Athens should ensure they have a confirmed internet connection and a stable residence after the initial accommodation period.
