In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies. Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve content moderation processes.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while working under strict deadlines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and policy changes to enhance moderation effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1 or native level) and good command of English (B2 level or above).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
