German- Content Moderator

Job Opportunity: German (C1) + English (B2) | Porto, Portugal

We're hiring for a position that requires German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency!

Key Details:

• Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

• Shift: Monday to Sunday, 06:00 21:00 (Rotative Shifts)

• Days off: 2 Rotative Days

Responsibilities:

• Review and update content on a popular social media platform

• Audit and share content for social media uploads

• Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs

• Handle customer complaints and legal notices regarding copyright material

Requirements:

• Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally

• Attention to detail, multitasking skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a professional attitude, especially in customer interactions
