Job Overview
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an on-site team in Porto.
In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing support on subscriptions, billing, technical issues, and general inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Assist with subscription management and billing-related questions

Provide technical troubleshooting and support

Deliver clear and accurate information to customers

Log and track all interactions in internal systems

Escalate complex issues when necessary

Ensure timely resolution in line with service standards
Requirements

Native or fluent French (C1–C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work rotational shifts (07:00–19:00, Monday–Saturday)

Must be based within 30 km of Porto

Previous customer service experience is a plus
