Job Overview

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an on-site team in Porto.

In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing support on subscriptions, billing, technical issues, and general inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with subscription management and billing-related questions

  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support

  • Deliver clear and accurate information to customers

  • Log and track all interactions in internal systems

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

  • Ensure timely resolution in line with service standards

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French (C1–C2 level)

  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work rotational shifts (07:00–19:00, Monday–Saturday)

  • Must be based within 30 km of Porto

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
