Position Summary
We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Dutch + English) to join a structured support team in Athens.
This role focuses on handling inbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring all cases are documented and managed according to service standards.
Core Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate assistance

Record inquiries, feedback, and case details in the customer service system

Manage complaints in line with internal escalation procedures

Ensure all contacts are resolved within defined service level agreements

Use troubleshooting techniques and support materials to resolve issues

Provide practical solutions and guidance for recurring customer concerns

Maintain professionalism and high-quality service standards
Candidate Requirements

High School Diploma or higher education
-
Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level)

Advanced English proficiency (C1)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective troubleshooting capabilities

Ability to work flexible rotational shifts (08:00–00:00, Monday–Sunday)

Valid work authorization in Greece
