Position Summary

We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Dutch + English) to join a structured support team in Athens.

This role focuses on handling inbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring all cases are documented and managed according to service standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate assistance

  • Record inquiries, feedback, and case details in the customer service system

  • Manage complaints in line with internal escalation procedures

  • Ensure all contacts are resolved within defined service level agreements

  • Use troubleshooting techniques and support materials to resolve issues

  • Provide practical solutions and guidance for recurring customer concerns

  • Maintain professionalism and high-quality service standards

Candidate Requirements

  • High School Diploma or higher education

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level)

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective troubleshooting capabilities

  • Ability to work flexible rotational shifts (08:00–00:00, Monday–Sunday)

  • Valid work authorization in Greece
