Logistics and Delivery Advisor - Dutch Speaker | Sofia, Bulgaria

This is about keeping customers informed when deliveries don't go to plan and following through until it's sorted.

What you'd be doing:

• Investigate delivery discrepancies and get to the bottom of them
• Keep customers informed at each stage, not just at the end
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve open cases
• Prioritize cases so the most time-sensitive ones move first

What we're looking for:

• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Solid working English alongside your Dutch
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
