Customer Support Representative - Danish Speaker | Athens, Greece

We're helping an employer in Athens, Greece find their next Customer Support Representative.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What you'd be doing:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

What we're looking for:

• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Solid working English alongside your Danish
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
