About the Role

We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join an international team in Braga, Portugal.

In this role, you will support users of a digital application by assisting them with questions about account management, app features, and available services. You will primarily provide support through inbound calls, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Comfortable providing customer support by phone.
• Ability to understand and explain digital products and application features.
• Must already be residing in Portugal and living in or near Braga.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
