Solutions Consultant - Dutch Speaker | Sofia, Bulgaria

A well-established company operating across Europe is expanding its Dutch-speaking team and is hiring a Solutions Consultant based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

This role is a good fit for candidates who enjoy solving technical problems and explaining solutions clearly to non-technical customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
• Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting
• Document resolutions clearly for internal knowledge bases
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant technical teams

What we're looking for:

• Fluent Dutch, English, with strong English communication skills
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship, valid work permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
