CS - Russian Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

A well-established company operating across Europe is expanding its Russian-speaking team and is hiring a CS based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve their questions and issues with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email
• Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient support
• Keep internal systems updated with case details
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for:

• Fluent Russian, English, with strong English communication skills
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship, valid work permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
