As a Customer Success Account Manager, youll ensure our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients achieve their goals, maximize value from our solutions, and have an exceptional experience every step of the way.

What Youll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish and English-speaking clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges.

• Monitor client success, adoption, and engagement to ensure maximum value.

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and proactive solutions.

• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.

What You Bring:

• Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.

• Experience in customer success, account management, or client relations.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
