Your Mission:

Join our team in Bucharest as a Customer Support Specialist and provide expert assistance to Italian-speaking clients in the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) domain. Youll use your expertise to monitor transactions, investigate alerts, and ensure clients receive accurate and professional support.

This role is ideal for individuals with a banking or financial services background who want to apply their AML knowledge in a client-focused environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Perform AML investigations and transaction monitoring.

  • Assist clients with queries related to AML processes and compliance.

  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of alerts and cases.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of compliance and service.

  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all cases handled.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AML investigations or related financial services.

  • Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring and AML compliance.

  • Background in banking, financial services, or regulatory environments.

  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
