About the job Dutch Customer Care Advisor – International Project
Are you a fluent Dutch speaker looking to grow your career in an international environment? This is an on-site Customer Support role based in Lisbon, Portugal, where you will support customers for a well-known global project while working alongside a multicultural team.
In this position, you will handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, follow structured processes, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Full training is provided, allowing you to integrate smoothly into the role and understand the tools, systems, and procedures used by the client.
You will work in rotational shifts, including weekdays and weekends, with two rotating days off. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structure, teamwork, and long-term stability in an international company.
Requirements:
Fluent Dutch, good level of English, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
