We are hiring German-speaking Customer Advisors for multiple intakes in 2026. B2+ German level is accepted, and full training is provided.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer requests in German via phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts

Solve customer issues professionally and with empathy

Follow quality standards, KPIs, and service guidelines

Document all interactions correctly in the system

Work closely with international teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• German level B2+ or higher (spoken and written)

• Good English level for internal communication

• Strong customer orientation and communication skills

• Basic computer and typing skills

• EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece

• Willingness to work on-site in Athens or remotely from Greece
