ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Spain. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in German.
RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in German
β’ Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support
β’ Follow client guidelines and quality standards
β’ Escalate complex issues appropriately
β’ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS
β’ Fluent in German β native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)
β’ EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Availability for rotating shifts (MonβFri + occasional weekends)
β’ Previous customer service experience is an advantage
