About the Role

As a Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our Brazilian Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them get the most out of our software products. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a consistently positive customer experience — all from our modern office in the heart of Athens.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Brazilian Portuguese-language customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
• Support clients with software-related questions including installation, usage, and troubleshooting
• Log interactions accurately and escalate complex issues in line with company procedures
• Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural on-site team to maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Continuously develop product knowledge through ongoing training and internal resources

Requirements

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken, C1/C2 level); working knowledge of English for internal communication
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our Athens office
• No prior experience in customer service or the software industry required — full training provided
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece required; relocation support available for candidates moving from within the EU
