Compliance Control & Risk Management Team Leader (English + French) — Lisbon, Portugal

We're looking for an experienced team leader with a strong compliance background to oversee a Compliance Control and Risk Management function in Lisbon. This is a leadership role for someone who is precise, authoritative, and fluent in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team responsible for compliance control and risk management activities

- Monitor team performance against KPIs and regulatory standards

- Develop and implement process improvements aligned with compliance frameworks

- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

- Produce reports, manage escalations, and ensure audit readiness

- Drive a culture of ethics, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

- English and French at C1 or native level (both mandatory; strong B2 French may be considered)

- Proven experience in Compliance Control and Risk Management (CCRM) — mandatory

- Previous team leadership experience in a regulated environment

- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

- Detail-oriented with a sound understanding of risk frameworks

- Comfortable operating in a hybrid environment after initial onboarding
