About the Role
We are a growing customer centric company looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our remote team based in Greece. No prior experience in customer service or the software industry is required — we provide comprehensive onboarding and training. Candidates relocating from abroad are supported with a full relocation package, including flight tickets to Athens and accommodation assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues related to software products, including installation, usage, and troubleshooting
- Deliver empathetic, solution-focused customer service in Dutch and English
- Collaborate with a distributed international team using digital tools
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow established support processes
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards in line with team SLAs
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken (native or near-native level required)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting from Greece
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
- No prior experience required — full training provided
