Russian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Trust & Safety (Sofia)

We're hiring a Russian-speaking Content Moderator to join a Social Media & Trust team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You'll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Work model: On-Site.

Compensation: 1350.

Start date: 31/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Welcome bonus paid after 3rd/6th month, EU-eligible only.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user-generated content and may include exposure to sensitive or graphic material as part of standard content moderation duties.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Russian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
