It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What you'd be doing:

• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source

What we're looking for:

• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable communicating in Turkish at a professional level
• Solid working English alongside your Turkish
• Fluent Turkish, written and spoken
