About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Sofia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and sales qualification, particularly within the tech or digital advertising space.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Engage decision-makers and present value propositions effectively
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience

Strong understanding of:
- Business development strategies
- Lead generation and qualification methodologies
- Experience in tech or digital advertising is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Gross Salary: 1670.39 EUR
Net Salary: 1537.20 EUR
Relocation Package (Sofia – 10 Days)

Travel reimbursement: Up to 250 EUR (paid after 6 months)
- Requires supporting documents (e-ticket, invoice)
- Accommodation: 10 nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included)

- Deducted in 3 monthly installments of 352 BGN
- Paid within 5 working days after submitting bank details
