About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Sofia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and sales qualification, particularly within the tech or digital advertising space.

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Engage decision-makers and present value propositions effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Business development strategies
    • Lead generation and qualification methodologies
  • Experience in tech or digital advertising is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: 1670.39 EUR
Net Salary: 1537.20 EUR

Relocation Package (Sofia – 10 Days)

  • Travel reimbursement: Up to 250 EUR (paid after 6 months)
    • Requires supporting documents (e-ticket, invoice)
  • Accommodation: 10 nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included)
  • Salary Advance: 1056 BGN
    • Deducted in 3 monthly installments of 352 BGN
    • Paid within 5 working days after submitting bank details
