Role Overview

We are recruiting German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an on-site team in Umhlanga.

In this role, you will support customers through inbound service channels, delivering efficient solutions while maintaining high-quality service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

• Log all interactions in internal systems accurately

• Troubleshoot issues using available tools and knowledge resources

• Escalate complex cases according to company procedures

• Meet defined service level agreements and performance KPIs

• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience

Requirements

• German language proficiency (B2–C2 level, written and spoken)

• Good command of English for internal communication

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)

• Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred (retail experience is a plus)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work rotational 24/7 shifts, including weekends

• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate support systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
