We’re looking for Danish-speaking professionals ready to take on an international experience — helping customers, solving problems, and growing their careers in a multicultural environment under the Lisbon sun.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with inquiries, orders, and technical issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and accurate follow-up
- Meet quality and performance targets (KPIs)
- Collaborate with international colleagues and management
Your Profile
- Fluent in Danish (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
- Experience in customer service, sales, or tech support preferred
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and team player
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence
