We’re looking for Danish-speaking professionals ready to take on an international experience — helping customers, solving problems, and growing their careers in a multicultural environment under the Lisbon sun.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with inquiries, orders, and technical issues
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and accurate follow-up
  • Meet quality and performance targets (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and management

Your Profile

  • Fluent in Danish (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or tech support preferred
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and team player
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence
