- Support customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information.
- Follow structured processes, document cases, and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for:
- French proficiency to support native-level customers.
- A service-oriented mindset, reliability, and comfort working with targets and procedures.
