Customer Support Representative - French C1 Speaker | Porto, Portugal

A French C1-speaking Customer Support Representative is needed for a team based in Porto, Portugal.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What you'd be doing:

• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable communicating in French C1 at a professional level
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Solid working English alongside your French C1
• Fluent French C1, written and spoken
