Tech (Implementation) - Dutch Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Tech (Implementation) to join their Dutch-speaking team.

You'll be diagnosing issues and walking customers through solutions - patience and clear explanations matter more than jargon here.

What you'd be doing:

• Spot recurring issues and flag them upstream
• Walk customers through fixes step by step, without jargon
• Escalate anything beyond first-line scope to the right team
• Log resolutions clearly so the next person doesn't start from zero

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
