What you'd be doing:

• Walk customers through fixes step by step, without jargon
• Spot recurring issues and flag them upstream
• Escalate anything beyond first-line scope to the right team
• Log resolutions clearly so the next person doesn't start from zero

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable communicating in Slovak at a professional level
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Solid working English alongside your Slovak
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
