Job Overview
We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a fast-paced e-commerce environment in Lisbon, with a focus on fraud prevention and investigations.
In this role, you will analyze customer cases, identify suspicious activities, and support the resolution of fraud-related issues while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to account activity and transactions

Investigate potential fraud, abuse, or suspicious behavior

Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to support investigations

Document findings accurately following internal guidelines

Resolve cases efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
-
Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce fraud/investigation

Experience in fraud, abuse, or cybercrime investigations is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel

Calm and professional approach when handling disputes

Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Ability to work rotational shifts (08:00–23:00, Monday–Sunday)
