Technical Customer Service Agent — Search Engine / Tech (Danish + English) — Lisbon, Portugal

We're urgently seeking a Danish and English-speaking professional for a Technical Customer Service role in Lisbon. Join an on-site team delivering expert tech support for a global search engine platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support in Danish to customers encountering product or service issues

- Handle inbound contacts via multiple channels Monday to Friday

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve queries efficiently

- Maintain high standards of accuracy in logging and follow-through

- Work fixed hours Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (weekends off)

- Keep up to date with product changes and knowledge base updates

What We're Looking For:

- Danish at native or near-native level; English required

- Comfortable with technical concepts and digital platforms

- Empathetic, clear communicator who thrives under structure

- On-site availability in Lisbon

- Friendly, feedback-receptive, and team-oriented

- Prior customer service or tech support experience a plus
