Customer Service Representative - Danish Speaker (starts November)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

We are building a Danish-speaking team in Athens, and we want people who enjoy helping others. Start date: 23 November 2026.

You will be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out. You will adapt your tone to each person, from a short, friendly reply to a longer, step-by-step explanation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Suggest improvements that reduce repeat contacts
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
