Customer Care Advisor - Danish Speaker (Remote) (starts November)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Most of your day is spent listening, understanding the issue and explaining the next step. Some days bring quick, simple requests, and others need careful investigation and patient follow-up.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond
• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
