Content Moderation - German Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Content Moderation to join their German-speaking team.

What you'd be doing:

• Document decisions clearly enough for others to follow the reasoning
• Review user-generated content against platform policy guidelines
• Make consistent, well-reasoned moderation decisions within agreed timeframes
• Escalate sensitive or unclear cases through the right internal channels

What we're looking for:

• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
