What you'd be doing:

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source

What we're looking for:

• Solid working English alongside your Mandarin
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Comfortable communicating in Mandarin at a professional level
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
