CSS (Near-Native) - Taiwanese Speaker | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

A well-established company in Kuala Lumpur is expanding and looking to bring on a CSS (Near-Native).

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly

What we're looking for:

• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable communicating in Taiwanese at a professional level
• Solid working English alongside your Taiwanese
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
