Customer Support Representative - French Speaker | Guimaraes, Portugal

A well-established company in Guimaraes is expanding and looking to bring on a Customer Support Representative.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What you'd be doing:

• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current

What we're looking for:

• Solid working English alongside your French
• Comfortable communicating in French at a professional level
• Fluent French, written and spoken
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
