SQL/TECH - French Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

We're working with an employer in Lisbon to fill a SQL/TECH position for their French market.

Good fit for someone who likes untangling technical problems and can explain the fix in plain language to someone non-technical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log resolutions clearly so the next person doesn't start from zero
• Escalate anything beyond first-line scope to the right team
• Balance thoroughness with keeping resolution times reasonable
• Spot recurring issues and flag them upstream

Requirements:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems

Working Conditions:

• Work model: Remote, Hybrid
