About the Role

We are looking for an Icelandic & English-Speaking Solutions Consultant to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, who can confidently communicate with customers in both Icelandic and English.

Seniority Level

• Junior to Mid-Level
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, consulting, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Candidates with strong communication and problem-solving skills are also encouraged to apply.

Language Requirements

• Icelandic: Fluent or native-level
• English: Fluent

Work Requirements

• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Availability to work Monday–Sunday, 11:30–20:00
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, if applicable
