About the Role

We're hiring German-speaking Customer Advisors to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll work on a well-known global search engine project, supporting German-speaking users and helping them have a smooth online experience.

No previous experience is needed. If you're a good communicator, enjoy problem-solving, and like helping people, well provide full paid training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Support German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat
• Help with questions related to services, navigation, and privacy settings
• Provide clear, friendly, and effective solutions
• Work closely with your team to resolve issues quickly

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C1–C2) and good English (B2+)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• No experience required — training is provided
• Comfortable with digital tools
• Willing to work on-site in Lisbon
