We are hiring native Croatian speakers to join an international Customer Support team based on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a great opportunity to build an international career in a structured environment with strong onboarding and a supportive team culture.
You will assist customers in Croatian, handle inquiries professionally, and ensure a high level of service quality. You will receive 4 weeks of onboarding (3 weeks training + 1 week nesting) to help you feel confident with the tools, processes, and quality standards.
