As our German Support Expert, you are the face of the brand. Youll solve problems, build trust, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience.

  • Multichannel Support: Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Language Mastery: Native or Fluent German (C1–C2) and solid English (B2).
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts (24/7 environment) to support our global users.

  • Right to Work: You must hold an EU Passport or a valid Greek Work Permit.
