Job Overview
We are hiring a Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic e-commerce support team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to online products and services, ensuring a high-quality experience while working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide support related to e-commerce products and services

Deliver clear and professional communication to customers

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels

Manage high volumes of contacts during peak seasons

Document all interactions accurately in internal systems

Follow company procedures and service standards
Requirements

Native or fluent Czech (C1–C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Strong understanding of e-commerce environments

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle high workload during peak periods

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Eligible to work in Portugal

Schedule

Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts):

08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
