We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join an international team in Sofia.

This role involves interacting with users in a live, on-camera environment, delivering a high-quality and engaging customer experience. It is ideal for confident communicators who are comfortable working in front of a camera and thrive in dynamic settings.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English (C1–C2 level)
• Comfortable working on camera with a professional appearance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work rotational shifts (24/7 schedule)
• Must be based in Sofia with valid work authorization in Bulgaria
• Availability for video interview process
• Clear, high-resolution headshot required for application
