About the Role

You will support Dutch-speaking customers of well-known global brands via phone, email, and chat.
Your goal is to provide clear, solution-oriented support with a friendly and professional tone.

Previous experience is welcome but not required we provide paid training and a structured onboarding process, so you feel confident from day one.

You can work onsite from our Athens office, or remotely from anywhere in Greece after training.

Your Profile

• Native speaker + solid English (B2+)
