Main Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support in German via phone, chat, and email
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, or account issues
  • Detect and resolve problems effectively while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with international teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client procedures

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a multicultural team environment
  • EU citizenship or valid residence in Portugal
