Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in German via phone, chat, and email
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, or account issues
- Detect and resolve problems effectively while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with international teams to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure compliance with internal and client procedures
Your Profile
- Fluent in German (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and comfortable working in a multicultural team environment
- EU citizenship or valid residence in Portugal
