Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)

We are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent (Italian + English) to join our international team in Malta. In this role, you will assist customers with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries, ensuring an excellent experience from start to finish.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday: between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)

• 2 days off per week (rotational)

Contract Type:
Permanent contract (with trial period)

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (C1 level minimum)

• Good command of English (C1 level minimum)

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Previous experience in reservations, travel, or hospitality is a plus

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment

• Positive and professional attitude
