About the Role
We are looking for a French + English speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international support team based in Greece.
In this role, you will provide professional and friendly assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience through every interaction.
This is a remote position within Greece, ideal for candidates who are customer-oriented, empathetic, and looking to grow their career in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French and English

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve issues effectively and follow up with customers when needed

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Collaborate with team members and follow internal procedures
Requirements

Fluent in French (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be based in Greece (remote work setup available)

Valid work permit for Greece (EU citizenship or residence permit)
