About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our customer service team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a great opportunity for German-speaking candidates looking to launch or grow their career in a dynamic BPO environment, with full support to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Log interactions accurately in CRM systems following internal procedures
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed
- Meet individual KPIs including response time, quality, and first-contact resolution
Requirements
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2) – written and spoken
- Communicative English (B2 minimum)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Computer literate; CRM experience is a plus but not required
- Available to start in June 2025
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
