About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our customer service team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a great opportunity for German-speaking candidates looking to launch or grow their career in a dynamic BPO environment, with full support to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
  • Log interactions accurately in CRM systems following internal procedures
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed
  • Meet individual KPIs including response time, quality, and first-contact resolution

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2) – written and spoken
  • Communicative English (B2 minimum)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Computer literate; CRM experience is a plus but not required
  • Available to start in June 2025
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
