A Hungarian-speaking Customer Service is needed for a team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What you'd be doing:

• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable communicating in Hungarian at a professional level
• Fluent Hungarian, written and spoken
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Solid working English alongside your Hungarian
