CS/Inbound - German C2 Speaker | Sofia, Bulgaria

A well-established company in Sofia is expanding and looking to bring on a CS/Inbound.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What you'd be doing:

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated

What we're looking for:

• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Comfortable communicating in German C2 at a professional level
• Solid working English alongside your German C2
