French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Entertainment (Porto)

A Entertainment client in Porto, Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll support subscribers of a well-known entertainment brand.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 07/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

On site, recruitment closes 1 week prior.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
